Tattoo designs for use in miniature painting and decoration. I was commissioned to create a series of tattoo illustrations based on traditional Japanese designs, these were created specifically for use on 32mm miniatures. The artwork had to be created with a fine balance of creative detail to read as the artwork while also being simple enough that they didn't become illegible at such a small scale. The final designs ranged in scale from 5mm to 20mm for use on a range of different miniature classes.
These illustrations were printed onto waterslide transfer paper and are being sold through the clients website at https://mastercrafted.co.uk.
